Strength & Endurance Competition

Our third annual Strength & Endurance Competition is taking place on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 9:30am! The competition is designed to push you to your limit, testing not only your physical strength but your agility and mental toughness as well. Participants will compete in their weight class in 9 events:

 
  • Max Bench (3 pushes)

  • Bench Rep-off

  • Dumbbell Walk

  • Max Deadlift (3 pulls)

  • Max Squat (3 pushes)

  • Wall Sit Competition (timed)

  • Plank Competition (timed)

  • Push-ups (rep off)

  • Pull-ups (rep off)

 

Not competing? Be a Volunteer!

We also need volunteers to help the day run smoothly. You can help count reps for participants, hand out refreshments, set up competition stations and more. Use the button below to sign up.
