Co-Ed Volleyball League

Get ready for our 2026 co-ed Volleyball League! This league is for everyone aged 18+, regardless of your fitness level or volleyball experience. Come join us to have fun, get a workout, and connect with our community. Teams can have 6-12 people on the roster, and each team must include at least 2 women.

January 9th - February 20th, 2026

Schedule:
Fridays, 6pm - 10pm (your match can be scheduled any time in this window)
Our championship game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 20th

Co-Ed Flag Football League

Join our 5th annual co-ed flag football league in October! Flag football is a modified form of football in which ball carriers are downed by pulling off a marker, or flag, loosely attached to a belt, rather than by tackling.

Our league will take place at the Douglass Park soccer field (see map). Sign up as a team (maximum 15-person roster) or as a free agent. Teams must include at least 2 women. See you there!

Co-Ed 16" Softball League

Join our new league! 16-inch softball is a fast-paced, glove-free game where teams of 10 players compete to score runs by hitting, running bases, and fielding a larger, softer ball. Played with underhand pitching and no base stealing, the game emphasizes skill, strategy, and teamwork, making it a fun and competitive sport for all skill levels.

This co-ed league is for ages 16+ and we hope to see families sign up together. Teams can have up to 15 people on the roster, and each team must include at least 2 women.

Our 2023 men’s basketball league starts June 10th, and is open to ages 18 years and older. Some basketball experience is recommended, but not required. Sign up with a team of up to 12 people, or enroll as a free agent. Come join us to have fun, get a workout, and connect with our community!
